WD Template Licence Terms​

By purchasing this template you are legally bound by the following terms:

One (1) purchase of this template allows you to use the template for one (1) website in your own Wix account.

You do not have permission to re-sell or re-distribute this template or any edited derivative of this template.

The template is a complete design. Web designers do not have permission to use this product for client work. If found to be doing so, clients will be informed immediately of the copyright infringement.

The design and structure of this template are copyrighted to Winebrenner Designs LLC and you do not have permission to claim the design or structure as your own.

The logo used in the template is the property of Winebrenner Designs and you are not permitted to use it.

You are not permitted to remove the footer site credit to Winebrenner Designs.

Violations of the license terms will result in legal action.

Delivery

1. Create a Wix account: Visit wix.com and create a free or paid account.

2. Accept the transfer: You will receive an email from Wix within 24 hours notifying you of your website transfer. Accept the transfer. Your template will appear as a new site. Then you can start customizing and launch your new site.

3. Purchase this template: Purchase the template and provide us with the email address you used for your Wix account.

Our templates are for WIX ONLY and will NOT work with any other website design platform.
 

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Some of our products may include Licensed content, graphics, images, and logos. These are not included with the templates they are designed for inspiration purposes only.

Complaints and Changes

If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our website, your complaint can be sent to support@winebrennerdesigns.com.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service. We are not responsible for any errors that occur when changing the template.

Returns/Refunds

No returns or refunds are accepted due to the digital nature of our product.  Our products are downloaded or taken over by purchase, which means that we cannot withdraw the product and therefore we cannot offer a refund.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
